Founder & Principal

Alnapoint was founded by Malcolm Greene, who serves as the firm’s Founder & Principal. Malcolm brings extensive experience in governance, compliance, and regulatory oversight across government, nonprofit, and institutional environments. His background includes senior-level roles involving policy development, risk assessment, oversight of complex regulatory processes, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Throughout his career, Malcolm has worked closely with executives, boards, and stakeholders navigating sensitive decisions, accountability challenges, and evolving compliance expectations. He founded Alnapoint to provide mission-driven organizations with thoughtful, practical guidance grounded in experience, integrity, and an understanding of how organizations actually operate.
